Tin-phosphorus bronze has higher corrosion resistance, wear resistance and no sparks when impacted. Used for medium-speed and heavy-load bearings, the maximum working temperature is 250℃. It has the characteristics of self-aligning, insensitivity to deflection, uniform bearing capacity of shaft, high bearing capacity, simultaneous radial load and self-lubrication without maintenance.
Tin-phosphorus bronze is a kind of alloy copper, which has good electrical conductivity, is not easy to heat up, ensures safety and has strong fatigue resistance.

Phosphor bronze 6% A wire mesh (aka C519 phos bronze wire mesh) is a bronze alloy nominally comprised of 93.8% copper, 6% tin, and 0.2% phosphorus, with small additions of zinc (0.15%), iron (0.05%), and lead (0.025%). The 6% tin helps to increase its strength and resistance to corrosion, and 0.2% phosphorus helps to increase its stiffness and wear resistance. As such, phosphor bronze is used as opposed to 90-10 commercial bronze when weaving fine bronze meshes with small wire diameters (i.e. 200 mesh .0021″ dia phos bronze). C519 phos bronze wire mesh possesses a superior combination of strength and ductility compared to other brass (i.e. 65-35 yellow brass) and bronze (i.e. 90-10 commercial bronze) wire cloth materials.
